The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 50 questions and three dimensions of employee communication, manager communication with employees and communication with the organization and job. The proposed model was tested using confirmatory factor analysis and structural modeling. The final social wear management model in the form of peer communication dimension (value management, attitude and behavior management, employee empowerment, professional ethics development and tolerance and stress strategies), manager relationship with employees (process management, authority management And tasks, career path management and organizational culture management), and organization-job relationship (performance improvement and development, identification, selection and implementation of actions, control and interaction with the organization, and transformational management) were approved.
